When can I expect my order?

We are a small team running an incredibly busy film camera store, which is getting busier and busier by the day. We will always dispatch your order within 24 working hours of receiving cleared payment, immediate dispatch is not always possible. If there are any changes to the dispatch terms, it will be stated at the top of our website.

If you have any dispatch or delivery requirements, we will do everything in our power to accommodate this if you discuss it with us prior to ordering.

Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot be held responsible for any service delays from the courier that is used. We always post items with delivery confirmation.

Whats the condition of my item?

We usually don't emphasise too much on the traditional industry grading terminologies on our web store, rather we prefer to take the time to produce high quality, well lit and thorough images of the actual item for our valued customers such as yourself. Be sure to take a look at the images on the listing and if they're not enough, let us know which part of the product you would like to see and we will be more than happy to photograph it for you.

But it's working right?

Of course, all of our items are in full working order, unless otherwise stated. Whether they are in perfect condition or not, they are all second-hand, so should be treated as such with due care and attention. We advise all of our customers to read a manual which explains how to use the item before purchasing to ensure complete satisfaction upon purchasing. All of our items are covered by our 14 day return guarantee from the date it has been received by you.

So whats your return policy?

You have your standard consumer protection as well as a 30 day return policy that covers you for faulty products. If you find your item isn't working as it should, please get in touch with us within 30 days of receipt to arrange a return request. For more information, see our terms page.
