The Olympus Stylus Epic Zoom 115 (MJU II) is a compact point and shoot 35mm film camera. It's got a weatherproof body with several flash modes (auto, red-eye reduction, flash off, fill-in, night scene & red-eye reducing night scene) controlled by switches on the back as well as self-timer/ remote control mode. To switch it on, you slide back the lens cover to reveal the lens, which then extends and the flash pops up (a common theme across the whole MJU Zoom series). It's got an adjustable diopter with dioptric correction of -2 to +1 per meter (m-1 for any eyesight problem.
It was introduced in 1999 as part of the successful MJU/ Stylus/ Epic series, with several editions, available in black or silver. A later model (2000), noted by the addition of 'VF' at the end has a brighter viewfinder and a 'Visual Finder' which goes black when fired, to replicate an SLR.
Olympus also released a limited edition 'DELUXE' model which included a panorama mask and/or quartzdate date imprinting.
